Will I pay import duties?

For some international orders, yes — charged by your country, not us.

Tracking hasn't updated in days?

Often the carrier is slow to scan. After 5+ days no update, email us.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have?

30 days from delivery. Unused, with tags.

Restocking fee?

No. Only return shipping (unless we sent wrong / damaged item — free).

Refund time?

5–7 business days after receiving the return.
