Can I change or cancel?

Within 30 minutes of placing it, yes — email hi@mycozyvoyage.com fast. After shipping (1–2 business days), it becomes a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most countries. See Shipping Policy.

Will I pay import duties?

For some international orders, yes — charged by your country, not us.

Tracking hasn't updated in days?

Often the carrier is slow to scan. After 5+ days no update, email us.

How long do I have?

30 days from delivery. Unused, with tags.

Restocking fee?

No. Only return shipping (unless we sent wrong / damaged item — free).

Refund time?

5–7 business days after receiving the return.

Are products tested?

Yes — every product hands-on tested by our team before listing.

Where are products made?

Manufacturers across Asia. Origin on each product page.

Wholesale / bulk?

Gift packaging?

Free — add a note at checkout. We skip the invoice in the box.
