We want you to love what you ordered from My Cozy Voyage. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.

30-Day Return Window

Items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Return

  1. Email hi@mycozyvoyage.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Email us within 48 hours with photos. Free replacement, no return needed for most damaged items.
